Our Clinical Process

How We Find the Root Cause and Build a Personalized Care Plan for You or Your Child

Most healthcare moves fast and looks at one symptom at a time. We do the opposite.

At The Well Healing Center, our process is built around listening, measuring, and customizing. We dig into your story, we scan your nervous system, and we build a care plan that's actually tailored to you — whether you're a one-day-old baby, a busy mom, or a grandparent looking to feel more like yourself.

Here's exactly what to expect when you start care with us.

01 Consultation

Step one is a true consultation with Dr. Michelle Green. This isn't a quick intake. It's where we sit down, listen, and dive deep into your case history.

We ask questions other providers don't ask. We look at the patterns nobody else has connected. And we look for the actual root causes of what's been going on, not just the symptoms on the surface.

Most patients leave this first visit feeling something they haven't felt in a long time: heard. For many, it's the first time someone has finally connected the dots between their pregnancy, their birth, their early years, their stress patterns, and what they're experiencing right now.

02 INSiGHT Scans

Step two is a deep look at how your nervous system is actually functioning, using advanced technology called the INSiGHT Scans.

This is a series of three non-invasive, completely safe scans that measure stress and tension in the nervous system. They work on every age, from one-day-old babies to adults of any age.

The scans look for three things:

  • Subluxation — stored stress and tension locked into the nervous system

  • Dysautonomia — an autonomic nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight

  • Vagus nerve dysfunction — a calming system that can't do its job

Together, the scans show us exactly where you're stuck, how much reserve capacity you have, and what your nervous system actually needs to start healing.

03 Personalized Care Plan

Step three is where we build a care plan made specifically for you or your child.

We blend together the severity and duration of your challenges, your genetics and lifestyle, your scan results, and your exam findings. No two care plans look the same, because no two nervous systems are the same.

This is the opposite of cookie-cutter care. Every recommendation is built around what YOUR body actually needs to heal.

04 Report of Findings

Step four is the visit families tell us they wish they'd had years ago.

We sit down together and walk through everything. Your scan results. Your exam findings. Your personalized care plan. Every question you have, fully answered.

By the end of this visit, you finally have a clear action plan to get your health (or your child's health) back on track. No guessing. No mystery. Just a real roadmap forward.

05 Adjustments

Step five is when the real work begins, and it's the best part.

Our NetworkSpinal adjustments are safe, gentle, and specifically designed to release stress and tension from the nervous system. They look nothing like what you've seen on TikTok or YouTube. No cracking. No popping. No forceful manipulation.

Most parents are surprised by how relaxed their kids are during adjustments. Many adults are surprised by how little force it takes to create real change in the body. We adjust babies on mom's lap, sensory kids in the playroom, and adults on the table. Wherever you're comfortable.

What you can expect over time: better sleep, calmer digestion, more energy, less pain, better mood, more focus, and a body that finally feels like it can exhale.
