Family Chiropractic Care
Gentle, nervous-system–focused care for every stage of life.
Family chiropractic care is designed to support the nervous system so your body, and your family’s bodies, can adapt, regulate, and function more efficiently through everyday life.
Whether you’re seeking care for yourself, your child, or your growing family, this approach meets each person where they are.
What is family chiropractic care?
Family chiropractic care focuses on how the nervous system and spine work together to support movement, regulation, and overall well-being.
Care is gentle, precise, and adapted for:
-
adults
-
children
-
infants
-
pregnant individuals
Each family member receives care tailored to their age,
body, and needs.
How it works
Your nervous system plays a central role in:
-
how your body handles stress
-
how you move and recover
-
how you sleep and regulate
-
how you adapt to daily demands
Gentle chiropractic care helps reduce tension and interference in the nervous system so the body can respond more efficiently and with less effort.
What families may notice
Families often report:
-
reduced physical tension
-
improved comfort and movement
-
better stress resilience
-
improved sleep patterns
-
a greater sense of balance and ease
Each person responds in their own way, and changes often build over time with consistency.

What it actually looks like to bring your family
The adjusting room is open, and families are usually seen together in the same appointment rather than booked one at a time.
That means a visit for four people takes about fifteen minutes. Not four appointments. Not an afternoon.
Kids come in if they want to, and most do. They can play, come get adjusted, and go back to playing. There is a toy area they tend to make a beeline for, and staff who are happy to entertain a toddler while you are on the table.
You do not need to arrange childcare to get adjusted.
Where to start if you are not sure who needs care
Families usually arrive with one person in mind. A baby who will not settle. A kid who melts down after school. A parent whose back finally gave out. A mom who is wired, tired and getting headaches.
That is a fine place to start, and often the rest of the family follows once they see what changes.
If you are not sure, start with whoever is struggling most. Your first visit includes a consultation, an exam, and nervous system scans, so you get an actual picture rather than a guess. From there we can tell you whether anyone else in the house would benefit.
There is no requirement that the whole family gets care. Some families do, some do not.
Why your own care matters
A child's nervous system does not develop in isolation. It develops next to yours.
When a parent is running on empty, holding constant tension, sleeping badly and bracing through every day, that is the nervous system their child spends the most time regulating against. Children co-regulate. They borrow calm from the adults around them, and they borrow the other thing too.
This is not about blaming tired parents. It is the opposite. It is a reason to take your own care seriously rather than treating it as the thing you get to after everyone else is sorted.
In practice, a lot of families here start with the child and end up with the parent under care as well, once they notice the difference in the house.
Family chiropractic questions, answered
Can our whole family be seen in one visit?
Yes. We have an open adjusting room and families are usually seen together in the same appointment. A visit for four people takes about fifteen minutes.
What do I do with my toddler while I am being adjusted?
They can come in with you, play in the toy area, or move between the two. The layout is open so you can see them the whole time, and our staff are happy to play with them while you are on the table. You do not need to arrange childcare.
Do you have to adjust everyone in the family?
No. Some families bring everyone, plenty bring one person. Start with whoever is struggling most, and we will tell you honestly whether anyone else would benefit.
What ages do you see?
Newborns through adults. Care is adapted at every stage, from a light fingertip contact for an infant to a different approach entirely for a grandparent.
Is it safe for children?
Yes. Research on pediatric chiropractic shows a very low rate of adverse events, and the force used on a child is substantially lower than on an adult. You can read the research on our pediatric page.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash based practice, which means your care stays focused on what actually helps you, not on what an insurance plan will approve. Many patients use their HSA or FSA, and we are happy to provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement. You can also review our Good Faith Estimate for clear pricing before your first visit.
